Frequently asked questions
Are the products and promotions I see based on my delivery date?
No. All products, pricing, and promotions are determined by the date the order is placed, not the delivery date.
Because delivery orders can be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance, availability and promotions may change between the time you place your order and the day it is delivered. Your order will be fulfilled based on the items, pricing, and promotions available on the day you submit your order.
Please note that a valid government-issued ID must be presented and verified at the time of delivery.
What happens if a promotion changes before my delivery date?
Any promotions applied to your order are locked in based on the order date. Future promotions that begin after your order is placed will not be applied retroactively.
What if an item becomes unavailable before delivery?
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable, our team will contact you with substitution or refund options prior to delivery.
What are the delivery hours?
Same day deliveries are open from 12PM-8PM. You may also place your order for delivery up to 72 hours in advance.
What is the order minimum?
There is no order minimum! There is only a low $5 fee per order.
Do you take cards or are you cash only
We accept cash, debit cards, and Janepay. Drivers do not carry change.
How long does the delivery take?
We are happy to announce the delivery on the same day! Place your order before 7PM for all locations and we will process your delivery that day. If you place delivery order for future pick up (up to 72 hours) your order will also be fulfilled on the same day you place it.
Where can you deliver to?
We can only deliver to private residents. Private Residence is defined to exclude hotels, weekly hotels, monthly hotels, motels, camps, campers, motor homes, universities, colleges and/or schools as well as housing, residences and/or dormitories of such universities, colleges and/or schools, and/or other vehicles and industrial and commercial facilities that do not also serve as residences.
Can a Recreational Customer make a purchase?
Recreational customers can purchase and have their order delivered if they meet the delivery location requirements.
Can a Medical Patient make a purchase?
Medical Patients can purchase and have their order delivered if they meet the delivery location requirements. Please see below for information regarding medical tax rates.
How can I upload my medical card?
Please include a copy of your medical card when you are uploading your ID picture (side by side). Your driver will also ask to verify your medical card upon delivery.
How do I make sure I receive medical tax rates?
To ensure you receive your medical tax rate, please indicate “medical” in your order notes (at checkout under +Special Instructions) or call your store. For all other locations, we will provide a 10% discount to offset the excise tax.
How can I get my normal discounts?
Yes! The following are automatically added to your regularly priced items. We do not stack discounts on promotional items.

How can I add my Reward Points?

When is the best time to order?
We encourage people to place their orders early and order in bulk to help reduce the number of daily orders.
I'm having vape cartridge or disposable vape pen issues, why is it not working?
A couple troubleshooting steps to follow:
- Make sure that you are getting airflow through the device. If not, there is a clog somewhere; it may need a little warmth…. like a blow dryer set on low for just a few seconds or hold in your warm hands for a few minutes. If the clog continues, please bring in for a replacement.
- Make sure that something is lit up when you take a draw. Typically, on both disposables and cartridges on batteries there will be something that lights up when you’re taking a draw. If that is not happening, you have no battery power. Either charge the battery or bring the disposable back in for a replacement.
- Make sure to keep the thread area of a battery clean and free from sticky oil. This can disturb the connection and therefore make a cartridge inoperable.
- Feel free to ask for a test on both the cartridge and battery. We replace any defective vape device that was purchased from The Happy Car within 30 day of the purchase date. If these steps do not help please reach out to our contact page and we will get back to you!
